Layout

• Left navigation: Dashboard, Trends, Customers, the integrations (expandable), weclapp, Logs, Users.
• Header bar: date of the latest snapshot, live status of running snapshots, Settings (gear), profile.
• Portal views: a search field at the top left (filters the table live across all columns), at the top right always the same row of buttons — gear (credentials), “Mapping” if applicable, camera (snapshot), trash can (delete the portal’s snapshots).

Snapshot/live toggle

By default, every portal view shows the latest snapshot (fast and identical to what trends and billing see). The two-segment toggle switches to Load live — the view then queries the portal directly. The date switcher lets you view older snapshots.

Design

Light/dark/system is set per user in the profile.

Showcase mode

For presentations and screenshots: showcase mode (in Settings) blurs all customer and person names in the views. Numbers stay readable, privacy stays protected — handy for demos in front of third parties.

Settings → Changelog shows the release notes of every version, Settings → About the running versions of web and API — and the link to this manual (“Open manual”).
