Maintenance & Reset
Settings → Maintenance contains the big reset tools. Before executing, both show exactly what will be deleted (with counts) and what remains, require a typed confirmation (RESET), and log to the audit log.
Reset merges
Globally deletes all manually maintained merges — selectable:
- Customer merges (including automatically detected renames)
- Product mappings (Microsoft 365 product merges)
Snapshots and all other data remain untouched. Useful when the mapping landscape needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
Reset to factory state
Irreversibly deletes all collected and curated data:

PRE-invoices already created in weclapp remain untouched — only the Multiverse-internal tracking is cleared.
